Scott Ousley is a seasoned leader with a demonstrated track record of building high growth business relationships within the pharmacy industry (most notably among independent, community pharmacies). Possessing over twenty years of healthcare sales experience in a multitude of specialties, including Allergan’s dermatology division, he leverages his exceptional interpersonal skills as the building blocks of communication for his success in sales training, coaching, mentoring, direct field sales and marketing.
Scott has held sales positions at Pfizer and Allergan with increasing roles and responsibilities commensurate with his dedicated service and performance. He began his career with Pfizer developing a broad network of physician relationships in southwest Missouri. Thereafter, advanced to Allergan’s Dermatology Division covering Oklahoma, Arkansas, southwest Missouri, and southern Kansas with a focus on territory sales growth of Allergan’s topical retinoid and Botox products. He subsequently helped launched Allergan’s Urology Division both as a field sales trainer and marketing liaison.
Most recently, he held the position of National Sales Manager for KloudScript, a specialty pharmacy services company, where he led the largest specialty pharmacy sales force in the United States; leading over seventy-five pharmacy sales reps and producing more than $250 million in annual specialty pharmacy revenue.
He received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Oklahoma where he was a three time Academic All-Big 12 on football scholarship.
